This hotel is in a great location, right next to the free Gondola to downtown. It's so convenient and saved us so much time and money on transportation. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and we loved waking up to it every morning. Breakfast was delicious and filling; they had a wide variety of options to choose from. The leisure facilities were excellent, and we had a lot of fun as a family. We especially loved the indoor pool and fitness center.
The parking was limited, and we had trouble finding a spot.

Friendly staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast served onsite was convenient and tasty. Ski-in and out was a great perk for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, we appreciated the in-hotel ski valet.
The room decor was outdated and in need of some repairs. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was not informed of room location changes, which led to missed cleaning services.

Beautiful mountain retreat with amazing amenities, delicious breakfast, and attentive staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic views from the private hot tub and convenient location near the ski lift and gondola. Loved the cozy fireplace and comfortable beds in the room, perfect for a winter getaway.
The lobby was a bit cramped and could use more seating options. The bathroom was a bit dated and the bathtub was small, making it difficult to relax after a long day on the slopes. a great city break with luxurious touches that made us feel pampered and rejuvenated.

Staff was incredibly polite and buffet breakfast was excellent. Really loved staying at the suite. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like La Pizzeria, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Great location to the Mtn. Village square, gondola and services. Appreciate the insights of the staff on restaurants, biking and hiking in the area. They were fabulous and very personable. Personal hot tub time is a great benefit, we loved it. I like the extra touch of apples, coffee, water and cookies in the lobby were appreciated.
A bit more variety on the 9545 menu would be helpful, but the food was very good. Given the limit of parking options, I feel the valet parking should be part of the hotel stay. Need to fix some little things like the squeaky closet doors and room clocks.

Excellent location in the mountains near to Gondola. The staff is very friendly and helpful;and the fresh baked cookies are delicious. The room we had was exceptional after two days of backpacking.

All the service staff, from the porter to the desk staff to the housekeeper, were so friendly and helpful. Always a smile and a greeting. The room was clean every day we came home from the Telluride festival, with replacement bottles of water in addition to the normal soaps and lotions. Bed was great, view incredible, gas fireplace cozy, plenty of cupboard and closet space, and even a washer-dryer! Loved the fact that there was a small fridge and cook top in addition to microwave. Cooling really worked, once we figured out to put it on "auto" rather than fan (too much).
When we arrived there was a sewer gas smell, which went away after a while. I often experience that when in more remote areas, so figure it was not a hotel problem as much as a problem with the sewer system in the area. Also, the fold out couch in the living area had some springs missing from the canvas that holds up the mattress, so when my sister and her husband slept on it one night they needed to hold up the bottom end of the mattress with a stack of cushions. An easy fix, if the hotel staff knows to replace a few springs.

I was very impressed with the staff, Travis at the front desk and Nanno, who helped us valet our car and get us settled into our room! The room was so well furnished with everything we needed and more. I wish we could have stayed for several more days to use the facilities and amenities more fully .the location to the gondola station was so close and convenient, less than 1/2 a block at the most! We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurants there but had coffee that was provided for us to make in our room....it was superb ! Thank you for a lovely stay and it comes highly recommended from my husband and I.

We visited Mt Village/Telluride after backpacking in ut and had a wonderful time at the Inn at Lost Creek. The accommodations were great and we loved that the unit comes with a washer & dryer. If it wasn't so beautiful there, we would have been tempted to stay inside our room all day. The Inn is also conveniently located next to the gondola so we never had to use our car while we were in town.

Having a kitchenette in the room was wonderful—it meant we could spend more on the room, but less on food & beverages each day. We did our shopping before getting to town. There is a grocery nearby, though, too. Dining out in Telluride is great, but we couldn't afford both eating out often & a hotel room on this trip. The location is quiet & riding the gondola down into town each day from Mountain Village was a fun treat. We got around the $20/night parking by parking in the free lot in town, and riding the gondola back up to Mountain Village, then we were just pedestrians for the remainder of the stay. Worked out well.
We tried to follow the "rules" for not having our towels replaced each day (to save on water & energy), but the cleaning staff still gave us new towels each day. Check out took a while longer than I hoped because after planning a late check-out with the front desk, the person who needed to do that part of the process was out to lunch. The valet was courteous & super nice, but didn't have access to the right information to help me.

The location was fantastic and truly ski in ski out. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, spacious and very functional.
There was a bit of noise from the adjoining room, however it is not the kind of place to attract loud groups so overall it didn't present a major problem.
